•Using MS Office programs for correspondence, reports, marketing material, calendaring etc.
•Answering telephones, directing calls/visitors to proper party, releasing & obtaining info within scope of delegated authority.
•Interfacing w/high-level internal and external contacts.
•Setting up and maintaining filing and record retention systems.
-3+ years administrative exp with increasing responsibility
-Strong MS Office skills with emphasis in Word and Excel
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Minimum of 55 wpm
-Stable job history
